I am going to start counting calories so I can live a somewhat healthy lifestyle. #fb

So guys, I am counting calories and stuff. If anyone who went to A&M with me knows Kristen Thompson (she’s probably married to Jackson now so I don’t know her current Last Name), could you get her to email me. I might try and give her a call to see if she’ll hook me up with a good calorie count to use as a guide. Right now, I’m going to shoot for as low as possible. You might see some medifast stuff posted, that’s left over from something my mom’s friend gave me. Its a cool, but pricey program that is actually easy to follow. I’ll be shooting for 20-30minutes of cardio everyday. That sounds easy I’m sure, but if you don’t really feel motivated then you won’t do it. I’m curious to see if I’ll stick with it.

The idea of posting stuff here, is so friends and family can hold me accountable and check in to see what I’ve been doing/eating. I expect my roommate james to give me crap for not following this.

I have a goal of 2 years to be in the 225-240 ballpark. I honestly don’t know what my weight is now. I don’t care. I just want to fit in smaller clothes. I want to be able to fit into a gi. I want to be able do jiu jitsu.  That’s the honest injun reason. I could be very good at it, my brother and my dad know why. I can see the setups and transitions to finishing moves 3-4 moves ahead. Now I just need my body to be there so I can join in on the fun.
